Project Summery
The complete project was successfully finished within just a period of 20 days by the hardworking employees of PropertyCare. The complete project was split up in different parts. First the removal of sand and adding soil took place which included removing existing sand along with construction waste, supply and add garden soil including leveling and water compacting. After that, the excess concrete was removed from the pavement. Then the new waterproofing was applied where excavation of the soil in proposed garden area beside wall boundary and applying waterproofing. Followed by the process of Decking, where the floor was prepared for decking including compacting, leveling and cement screed. The Mason work near pool was performed after that where the floor was prepared for extension of the swimming pool boundaries including compacting, leveling and cement screed.
Supply and installation of natural stone for deck/patio (brown color) and swimming pool (off white). Later the supply and installation of irrigation system (Rain- Bird) was taken place followed by the supply and installation of Timer/ Panel board with Wi-Fi module for irrigation system (Rain-Bird) Electrical works for Installation of the Timer/panel board. Afterwards, the laying of real grass (180 sq m) was finished and the backyard was looking fresh and green. Cleaning Swimming pool, filling water, treating with chlorine, replacing broken glass in the pump room was performed. The interlock border was fixed thereafter for plants around the garden. Finally, all the trees, plants and flowers were fixed for the whole garden area. The rubbish was removed and the area was cleaned finalizing the project and giving it a huge success.
